bong, but be prepared! If you take too big of a hit you will be put into another consciousness and it will be terrifying most likely. Make srue there is at least one sober person in the room with you, and do it sitting down. I have done it many times and the last time I did it it was so powerful that i was put into another world and will never touch the stuff again. never smoke it out of a joint or blunt it is too potent, you only need a small pinch
