Occupy Tokyo, Lads Without Occupation

Yookoso!

Most who think ‘ Occupy Tokyo ‘ has a chance to success are ignorant, arrogant, and foreigners. The members describe themselves as ‘movement to liberate people of the world from corruption banking and radioactive pollution, and they are the 99.9 per cent, and they will not be silent also in Japan.’ What more flicking foreigner they can get?

Unless that is if they know what they are talking about, which I doubt. Do they know of a Japanese corrupt bank? Do they know of a bank which receives thousands of millions of moolah from the government? Or do the ‘occupiers’ know of a radioactive pollution that is going around radioactively polluting the world?
Yours truly thinks that dangerous people can be ignorant, but ignorant people is darn dangerous.

I mean. If they have that information they should digg it sooner than we can say “hasta la vista, baby.” Or twitter it, or facebook it, or stumble it, or +1 it, or at least wikileak it. Shouldn’t they?.

As a gift from this humble me I will light them basic knowledge of Japan: it has among the richer COMPANIES in the world, as opposed to richer individuals. Japanese unemployment even in this huge economic recession; and according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs , holds around 5%, as opposed to most rich countries where the figure is two digits. And etc., and etc.
Japan faces more problems by letting foreign ideas enter the country than by ‘bushido’ its borders.

Please, my two readers, believe not what the media says, specially I repeat specially the media that talks about other than your country.

Take for instance the WSJ which reported that Occupy Tokyo movement has little support from the Japanese people, but its report reads as if there is some frustration at the Japanese branch of Occupy movement due to scarce response from locals, slow sells, and consequently low profits to the WSJ.

The view from an every day John Doe -yours truly- is that Japanese respect others property, honour their promises, and without question Japan applies democracy techniques in a way that should be the standard in the world. And this is not a joke, a delusion maybe!

Let say you have two cows. These are your options to happiness.

SOCIALISM: The state takes one and gives it to someone else.
COMMUNISM: The state takes both and gives you the milk.
FASCISM: The state takes both and sells you the milk.
MILITARY DICTATORSHIP: The state takes both and shoots you.
BUREAUCRACY: The state accidentally kills one and spills the milk in the sewer.
CAPITALISM: You sell one and buy a bull.
MONARCHY: Robin Hood takes both and founds a Hamburger Fast Food Restaurant chain.
PURE DEMOCRACY: Your neighbours decide who gets the milk.
REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY:Your neighbours pick someone to decide who gets the milk.
MODERN DEMOCRACY: The government promises to give you two cows if you vote for it. After the election, the president is impeached for speculating in cow futures. The press dubs the affair “Cowgate”.
ANARCHY: Either you sell the milk at a fair price or your neighbours kill you and take the cows.

And that brings me to the Occupy movement. The delusion, not the cows. I am impel to credit them, the idea is good and their reasons, although still juvenile, seem fair. However, they should do some research and then apply pressure on the nasty lads, and understand in the process that Japan is a country out of this planet, and can not be framed with the rest. Japan is far from a country that should be occupy to deter its nasty ways.

And I think the Occupy bunch lack a moral case against the rich. Investors who take the risks and do the sweating and tearing should not be punished for it. Investors that create jobs bring riches to any society.

It is the nasty application of capitalism, in some powerful countries, that sunk us in this mess.
