A: When I’ve colored my hair lighter, I like to use L’Oreal. The color is good quality and they provide a good weekly conditioning treatment. They have a line specifically made for going blonde, it costs about $13. However, I haven’t used it yet because I’m still stripping red from my own hair. If the red is already stripped you should be able to use the regular dye rather than the L’Oreal Superior Preference Dream Blonde dye, which bleaches. I’ve been happy with L’Oreal (usually Superior Preference, but I also like Feria) I’ve gone light and dark with them. A: you SHOULD of used a colour remover before starting to bleach your hair (it is too late for that now though) i have to be honest and tell you that as you did the colour correction INCORRECTLY that your hair may never get to blonde (it will more than likely turn to mush and start breaking off with attempting it first)you CAN of course try re-bleaching it and then using a toner when it is all yellow but i cannot guarantee it will even work nor that if it DOES work you will still have hair that is not like melted candyfloss…
