GNC sells 3000 milligrams which is the highest I’ve seen. folic acid is in prenatal vitamins which helps your hair, skin and nails…but folic acid by itself Will not help hair. have you had your thyroid checked…a thyroid imbalance can cause your hair to fall out..but keep in mind that you are supposed to loose 50-100 strands a day

A: It really depends on the person. I personally prefer salicylic acid because benzoyl peroxide tends to dry my skin out excessively and gives me an itchy rash, whereas salicylic acid doesn’t.I’ve actually noticed marked improvement in my skin since switching to a face wash designed for sensitive skin. It does not contain any acne fighting ingredients, but it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t aggravate my acne. I simply treat problem spots with some medicated acne cream AFTER washing my face, rather than washing with a medicated cleanser. Clean and Clear Advantage is a good acne cream that produces fast results. It contains 2% salicylic acid. I know that they do sell Clean and Clear kits which contain a face wash, lotion, and acne cream. They are reasonably priced-around $20 or so for the complete kit.I control my blackheads with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask. It smells like minty goodness and is super effective at drying up acne, removing blackheads, and shrinking pores. Not all stores sell it, but I got mine at CVS.
