A: I would recommend that you stay as far away from any type of “diet pill” as possible , as you said you will regain the weight when you stop taking them and the side effects majorly out weight the risks.My suggestion is to change up your workout a bit by doing some different exercises and activities and also change up the amount of calories your eating.
