A: 20 pounds a month for 5 months is TOO MUCH TOO FAST….Do what you are doing, but don’t get discouraged if the weight doesn’t come off as fast as you hope.Also don’t get discouraged if you slip… because you WILL slip if you are as strict as you plan to be….Do your very best, keep it up with the treadmill and the water and the rest of the things you mentioned…. it might be a little more than 5 months, but it’s worth it and you can do it!!

A: Drink a glass or water BEFORE YOU eat a mean. This helps fill you up. Chew your food SLOWLY, I MEAN SLOWLY, you go get filled up faster because you’re eating slower. IF you want to loose it off your waist, there is an exercise that does WORK. Stand w/your feet apart, hold your arms out at shoulder length, & twist your body from side to side w/your arms. This WILL get rid of your “middle” weight problems, IF you “pick” at nite time, pick on veggies instead. You could even put a bit of peanut butter on a stalk ot celery, this w/NOT hurt you. Eat less fat & starchy foods. IF you eat pasta, get the whole grain pasta. It honestly DOES NOT taste any difference BUT does NT have all the “starch” in it that regular noodles, spaghetti has in it. OF COURSE, cut down on all sugar, starch things, use less salt too as that helps retain water weight retention. ALSO, I’ve been eating off a “lunch plate” as apposed to a “dinner plate” for your meals. You can fill the plate, the plate looks FULL, but you’re actually eating less. all these little “tricks” DO WORK THO. Just don’t pick a lot. The biggest thing is to get your stomach “shrunken”, & you’ll be eating less. Do NOT go over board tho that does NO good either. Best to you, honey…:)
