Q: There are so many different ways to figure out what your calorie intake should be, but which is the correct way? The Biggest Loser states to multiply your current weight by 7, others say anything under 1200 is unhealthy. Yet others tell you to cut 500 calories a day from what you normally consumeto lose about 1-2 pounds per week. Any fitness buffs out there with some suggestions? I am also working out about an hour per day, plus eating healthy foods.
