A: that’s really bad…your body will go into starvation mode if you eat this way. You need to be eating at least 1000-1300 calories to lose weight. And about 1500-1700 to maintain. If you don’t eat enough calories, your body will think its starving, so when you eat something your body will store it as fat. You may lose weight or not gain anything by eating the way you do..but down the line when you start eating more food your body will store it as fat. SO the best way to eat is get in enough calories for your body to function. If you exercise that much..you should have no problem eating 1500 calories a day and staying healthy.
