The mind gets used to the white noise, and it covers up the noise around you. Don’t put the fan on oscillate, where it blows over you and then elsewhere, that will distract you. If it gets too cold then point the fan into a corner. I have blocked my shade with a few posters, and made sure that as little light as possible enters my room. Put your alarm clock where you cannot see it, or just turn it away. If you track time then you will only get mad at yourself for not falling asleep. Q: If you drink 1 full gallon of non-fat skim milk per day, would that make you fat? I know it contains no fat, but a each cup of skim milk contains about 90 calories. I’m just wondering, if you’re a pretty skinny/average sized person already… and you consume 1 gallon of skim milk a day… how will it translate to the body? I’ve been working out often, and hoping to put on some more lean muscle. I know there’s better ways (like protein supplements) but I’m just curious how non-fat milk would work. Would I get fat from all that milk consumption in a day, or would I just look bigger and not fat really?Thanks in advance. :)I’m 5’6 and weigh 130lbs. I’ll be incorporating cardio in the future but hurt my knee about a month ago so running is out for now. Mostly just weight training until my knee gets better. A: One gallon of skim milk will net 1440 calories and although it is possible to lose weight on that amount of calories, it is also a very unbalanced diet. There are no fruits, vegetables or starches in that diet. One thing that would help me guide you better would be an idea of how tall you are, how active you are and how much you now weigh. Q: I read that skim milk is healthy and the lactose proteins are diffucult to digest and make your stomach feel full longer. But, when I read about the study it was paid for by the American dairy Association. Mt grandmother says that dairy is bad and that it makes you fat— that no grown wild animals use milk. That the animal kingdom only uses milk to fatten and stablize their young.But, I am confused because of all the osteoporsis warning– I don’t want to be an old lady with brittle bones
