As a fitness coach, I would be unable to answer that unless provided with all the figures. If 9 pounds is a signifigant percentage of your body mass then I would worry but otherwise it is not necessarily a problem.

Q: So I went on this diet for JUST two weeks. It was really stupid..I must have been averaging 700 calories per day. I did not workout or anything. But the stuff I was eating was soooooo dang healthy and tiny portions. I lost 9 pounds in a week and a half. I have a feeling this last diet, in it’s short 10 days, jacked up my metabolism. It wasn’t worth it at all..and that’s why I stopped immediately. How can I get my metabolism back on track? I Know there is a way..but I’m not sure how. My idea was to basically eat a lot for the next few days…get my body back to having about 3,000 calories per day (not that I want to) to sort of REV the engine up. Then, I can stop and go back down to 1,400 per day. I will add in some light cardio and stagger my cals…3 days at 1,200…3 days at 1,600…you know..to keep it switched up. I am 174 and I have until Jan.1 to lose as much weight as possible. I would like to lose 14 pounds…and be 160..but realistically, I would even settle for 9.Please don’t say it’s unhealthy! I’m NOT a tiny girl. I don’t kill myself losing weight that fast. My body just loses semi-fast at first. And it’s no undoable. My Mom was 180 and lost 18 pounds in a MONTH! Yep, she got down to 162. Q: okay so i basically made this question because i wanted to know if im doing things right to lose 40-45 pounds in 3-4 months. i am a female.i have a lot of free time because im homeschooled online. losing weight is my main goal this summer. im very very motivated. i eat 5 small meals a day. usually 2-3 hours between each meal or so.i dont eat after 8pm.i work out on a cardio machine for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. i also do 10 minutes on a trim hoop during the day.i only drink aquafina flavored water. usually 2-3 bottles a day.this is my last hope. because my confidence is down so much since ive gained this weight. and everytime i look in the mirror i feel disgusting and ugly. im going into 9th grade next year and if i still weigh what i do(which is 165) i dont think im going to be happy with myself. ive lost some inches. my thighs and my arms are my biggest problem. also. does anyone have any good tips to lose cellulite? because i feel like thats what it all is.am i doing this right? what will increase my metabolism and are there any good weight loss tips out there?oh, by the way. i know anything is possible.
A: Hello sweetie, i’m sorry all these ads keep spamming you.but yes, you’re doing everything right. however, you might want to try giving up the flavored water for regular water which you should be consuming about 8 glasses of daily. Flavored waters contain sugars which will get stored as fat. As for cellulite on your thighs, try working out your gluteal muscles by doing as many squats as you can (you can find vids on youtube) and push ups for your arms. If you can get to a gym, even better, ask a trainer to help you work those muscles. Most importantly, stay positive about your body. Look in the mirror and think of the good things you like of your body. If you keep putting yourself down, you’ll just see what you think is an ugly reflection.Good luck.

I’m working full time for the next three weeks so I’m on my feet walking fast for around 70 hours, plus I walk to work and occasionaly jog home from work. I’m getting into my jogging again (I love it) so I’m hoping to jog nearly every day on top of work.I’ve got a work out dvd (Thats bloody hard!) i think i’ll do that a couple of times, and i have weights that i think i’ll start doing to toe my arms.my boyfriend is also going to help me with some stuff like situps and pressups (which aren’t my strong point!)I think i’ve started really weel, because a week and a half ago i wanted to loose 25-30 pounds and I’ve allready lost 7. and i haven’t started any serious workout stuff yet. A: I think it’s possible, you just need a strict diet. I’ve lost around 6 pounds in the last 5 days or so by changing my diet and exercise routine drastically. However, my metabolism is slowing down, and I’ll have to eat this way for a while, otherwise I’ll gain all the weight back.
