Uhh… Regular milk is best because regular is quite tasty with it for me, some people prefer soy milk, goats milk, or yak milk, but I like regular milk with Magnesia Flavor Fast better.

A: Well I would go with vanilla, because that just makes the most sense. You’ll taste the banana more. I’m sure chocolate (or any other flavor)would be fine, though. I have some of the double rich chocolate and I blended it with water and 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries and it was delicious. Whatever flavor you get, I recommend freezing your fruit to make it like a frozen smoothie. In the case of bananas, you would have to peel them before you freeze them.
