A: It is possible because you are young and you have plenty of time to develop your physique.Do NOT focus too much on big muscles or losing fat. Focus on building strength and stamina, and at the end being healthy and strong.Very simple work-out schedule for you, you just do it every other day.(1) Jog or run slowly for 5 minutes(2) Push-ups x 15 reps do as many sets as you can in 5 minutes(3) Run for 5 minutes(4) Pull-ups x 10 reps do as many sets as you can in 5 minutes(5) Run fast for 3 minutes, brisk walk for 2 minutes(6) Stretch your chest, back, hamstring and calvesIt only takes you 30 minutes.Before you sleep, sit on the floor and do your crunches to failure x 2 sets.You may consider buying some dumbbells after being on this schedule for 6 months.^_^ good luck
How should I ask out a girl from my sunday school class?
Q: I am in the young adults class at my church and there is a young woman in the class a couple years older than me who I’ve become interested in. We have been out with our Sunday school class for dinners, lunches, and even karaoke. This has been the times I’ve gotten to know a little about her such as she likes animals, likes her meat a little rare for burgers and steaks, and is a great musician. These are all qualities I find attractive in her, along with the most important she loves the Lord with all her heart. The problem I’m facing is the fear that things may become awkward in our Sunday school class if I reveal that I like her and would like to get to know her better to pursue a relationship. I haven’t been attending but for about a year, and will be there for at least 3 or more years. What is the best way to approach this situation, as I have never been in a relationship and have low self esteem due to my weight, but want to pursue this without ruining a friendship or making church awkward. As for the weight issue, I am currently on a diet and have lost about 25 pounds but still have about 100 to go, but I don’t look that bad just enough to make me feel uncomfortable while I work at getting the rest off.For Liz, I used a calorie counter on my iphone called lose it along with a moderate increase in exercise. As I’ve gone along and learned calories for certain foods, I don’t have to rely on it as much because I’m making better decisions on my own.
