What does “sound mind and sound body” mean to you?

Q: Do people who stay in good shape and eat healthy feel better about themselves and others? I’m not speaking only about “gym rats”. Just people who watch their weight and stay healthy…like running or swimming or sports in general.

A: Everyone can have a sound body but not a sound mind. Having a good body does not guarantee you to feel better about yourself. It is just a body and nothing more. There are people who are not that physically fit yet they have peace of mind.

Q: okay people, my boyfriend is a wrestler and he is only about 20 pounds heavier than me. im 5’4″ 137 and he’s 5’8″ 155. I am in the middle of transitioning from soccer to dance, and i just have some questions.I love my body, but how does he feel? i am starting to get abs, but i feel uncomfortable being with him because he does and his stomach is all hard and mine isn’t as hard. I know guys like the stomach to be in but mine is in the middle. I mean do you guys mind stomach? I figure he’d be self conscious if i had abs but why do guys like curvy soft women? i do have a soccer body, i was a defender. So im athletic build, but do you guys mind thighs and a butt? and what about my stomach? and should i just be confident instead of trying to tone my abs?ladies may answer too. This is my first relationship, so i wont kill you if you pull out the body peace talk. I dreamt about God and Demons, what does it all mean?

Q: I consistently have dreams, all of which are slightly different in some way about God and demons/the devil. I have these dreams at least once every 3 weeks/month. The dream always starts in some dreary house that Ive never been in but for some reason I know is my home, I am there with family/friends and we are all having a good time. Then out of nowhere I am overwhelmed with this horrible feeling and I can hear what I think are ghastly or demonic sounds coming from the basement. Everyone cowers in fright and we all bunch into the corner of the living room. But I always feel as if Im there to protect them, so without missing a beat when the disfigured/morbid looking demon/beast ascends the stairs and comes face to face with me I proclaim my love for the Lord and that with him I cannot be hurt. The demon doesn’t take me seriously and attempts to hurt me and then I TRY to say “In the name of our Lord” and right as I try to scream Jesus I CAN’T say it, it will not come out…I try to say it over and over again but every time I get to Jesus it won’t come out and I find myself gasping to say it. I usually wake up after all the frustration mad that I couldn’t say Jesus. I am 25 and am always of sound mind and body when I have these dreams, I do not do drugs and rarely drink. I’m not overly religious but I do consider myself to have a strong relationship to the Lord, I’m deeply worried as to why this keeps happening…anyone that can offer any kind of intelligent information would greatly be appreciated.
