Does anbody believe zombies could ever exist?
Q: I think it is very possible. Some terrorist group could probably come up with something that controls humans, but let’s be serious. Mostly all of what we “know” about zombies would be false because everything we know about zombies comes from movies and video games. I’m sure they COULD be cannibals, but if a zombie outbreak would happen, I don’t think they would be flesh eating monsters. They would probably look like any other human, but have their mind controlled to do a task (that task COULD be to go cannibal but that wouldn’t be very efficient for a terrorist group or a cult to accomplish something) If a version of rabies or some sort of rage disease was created, I’m sure the victim would still have at least half their mind to think, and would just kill everything in sight. As for the spread of the disease, just like the flu, cold, and the new swine flu, I bet the disease would be airborne, and the ONLY way to avoid getting it would be with a gas mask. And WHATEVER kind of zombie invasion that may happen, the military would have everything under control. The military is only helpless in the movies. Think about it. In the Resident Evil games, a small group of like 3 equipped with handguns can kill 100’s of zombies, but the entire military is taken out by the first 10’s of them. I’ve been typing ay too much. What do you all think???
A: I believe your american legal, medical and political systems are rife with zombies

Q: I have just seen the movie: The Road. This is the only movie that had me crying 3 times in one go, and it definitely left a mark that was much stronger than playing Resident Evil 2 when 8 years old, and seeing the Ring at 12 years. Reason was? “The Road” will potentially happen sometime or another. I hope to be dead by then. The movie is about a man and his son traveling to the South-eastern coast of America in search of hope in a post-apocalyptic world. In this world, all the looting has been done. The sun no longer shows it’s face, all plants are destroyed, there is no longer a functioning government, no police, no laws, animals are all extinct, most of the earth’s population is already wiped out and the man and his son have been traveling for 10 or so years scavenging for whatever they could find, and resisting the urge to become immoral. What scared me about this film, was the cannibals. Since there is no longer a government, or any source of food or water, people resorted to eating human flesh. Working in groups, they hunted other humans, and some even captured people to farm them as food. Lots of rape as well, though it wasn’t in the film, it was obvious that it was there. Now, all of these things have a very high chance of happening. People are already selfish in a world plenty of food where there is none in the film. Even laws, and law enforcements could not hold down criminals, and how much worse would it be if these social orders were no longer applied? Cannibalism is very much likely to happen if this would to occur in our world. It’s human nature and instinct to do what must be done to stay alive. And this really sickens me. I find all good things we do to be inevitable, and there will come a day where we will face “The Road”. It’s been two days, and this is still in my head! Look at the recession! Where is mankind heading?Things that are keeping me alive:1. My mom (she doesn’t know I’m in this condition right now, but in the past she said she would kill herself if I died. I wouldn’t want to make her worry)2. After watching some God of War II videos on Youtube, this caught my attention:”Death is an escape, Kratos. You are a warrior of Sparta, not a coward. Only a coward accepts death.” – Titan Gaia3. God wouldn’t approve anyway.4. My goal of becoming a Federal Judge5. A hope that the recession WILL end.I want to die because:1. Fear of cannibals.2. Fear of corrupted governments.3. Fear of Nuclear War/disasters4. (The biggest) Fear of no food and water5. This recession will lead to something worse.6. Cruel people. Please help. I will be 60 by the time it is 2050, that is too long. I need to die sooner. I don’t think we’ll even have a stable government by 2020.Paige, I don’t want my kids to grow up in this horrible world with nothing to look forward to. Fish feed on many organism that require the sun, without the sun, there are no fish. Yes, there’s nothing new under the sun, but the Bible mentioned there will never be a time as bad as that ever again. So this will be the worse thing that will ever happen to the world. A: I wouldn’t say it’s ridiculous to worry, but you are obsessing to a great length. You’re just causing yourself undue pain. Anarchy at this level will not happen in your lifetime. Things aren’t going great for us, but even if things don’t turn around and they do go to hell, it’s going to take a VERY long time for total anarchy to ensue. The fact is, the majority of people are GOOD. There are certainly nasty people too, but the good outweighs the bad. So the likelihood of things going THAT bad are very, very slim. I think counseling is a great idea. Find someone you enjoy talking to that you can trust with your deepest thoughts. Someone who will give you honest feedback and help you find your way out of the darkness your obsessive thoughts have put you in. If you want to make a change, get involved. Consider going into politics and being one of the GOOD GUYS. Or find some other way to help spread GOOD in the world. Maybe with positive music or uplifting art. My mom always told me – “If you aren’t part of the solution you’re part of the problem.” I believe this. Get out there and make a difference. It’s not worth it to spend your time worrying and obsessing. What if things go just fine in the course of your lifetime? What if you are a happy, healthy old man sitting with your family on your porch so glad your fears were wrong. That’s the likely future. Dwell on that image instead. The effects of the movie will wear off quickly, providing you don’t totally obsess on it. Watch some comedies, distract yourself, hang out with friends, do activities you enjoy, make dinner for your mom, exercise,, whatever to get yourself feeling RIGHT again. K? You don’t need to die. You need to find your purpose and the ways you can HELP the situation,, but help YOURSELF first. Reach out for help. You’ll be OKAY! Warmest regards.

I am between 20 and 25. I know what is up.Hahahahahaha, I don’t know if your intentions were pure, but that was encouraging. Thanks. Thanks DiDThanks John and Mountain Dweller, but how do you explain this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gbProBuXjsYeah, it’s funny, but it’s disturbing. Also, John, even when those people commit cannibalism, there is still hope for there is food, and an escape. In a post apocalyptic world, there is no food or water, no luxuries of any kind.Good people rising up? True, but the movie is set at a time when so many good people are dead, or turned cannibals themselves. Hunger can turn the most loving people into animals.Just in case this question gets deleted by some nutter, I want to thank everyone for their answers. A: Well, if I tell you most of your fears are just phobias that rely on no logical explaination, would that make you feel better?1) Cannibals are not gonna happen.2)Government is always corrupt, but they have to act like they arn’t, start playing chess and you will realize this.3) The fear of nuclear war should of left, when Russia crumbled. The nuclear clock is actually decreasing in time.4) If you live in America, then this really isn’t much of a problem. I’ve read The Road, it’s a terrible book, but it’s not governmental unrest taht caused it, it’s the government being non-existent. (And possible volcanoes…?)5.) My parents lived through the great depression, and although it was sad and wasn’t enjoyable, being poor is nothing to kill yourself over.6) There always will and always have been cruel people. You cannot escape this, only learn to fight it. Every human that’s ever lived in society has and you can too.By saying you think we won’t have a stable government by 2020 probably shows how gullible you are to the tacts of others will and control, but I promise you, people are much smarter and even more noble than you naturally would think.(Btw, he’s almost 20. if he’s 60 at 2050…)
