Stay for a while won’t you?
You seem to flatter me well
My branches seem to enjoy your presence
As fullness often shows
Where do you get your color?
The red, orange,yellow, & green?
You’ve been so admirable
since you’ve arrived on the scene
I noticed how bright I’ve gotten since you’ve arrived
I listened to your patience
As admirers passed us by
Such a great combination
A memory to the eye
You have no permanent end
yet each season the stay gets shorter
I’ll miss you when you’re gone
When winter become’s next day
That’s what its like to know
