St. Louis Rams RB Steven Jackson will likely sit out Week 2 as a result of the right quad injury he suffered in Sunday’s game. Jackson was replaced by Carnell Williams after he pulled up lame after only two carries which included a TD run.
Analysis: The Rams have a bye in Week 5 but they think Jackson should be back before than. Still this is a tough blow right out of the gates. Carnell Williams will be the workhorse back and so he is worth a look in all leagues.
