what does a person do if scammed by a breeder?

Q: Just wondering what a person can do if scammed by a breeder.I was recently scammed by a sphynx cat breeder (message me for name of cattery etc) we picked out a kitten (born april 6th/08) payed his fee, payed his shipping fee.. june came along he was a big boy 2lbs she was able to send but he ended up with a cold.. ok (understandable cant send sick) gets over his sickness .. going through delta airlines .. weather is now a factor.. hmm ok understandable. then it cools down for a bit.. but he has got another cold…again *hmm not good i’d say ok so he gets over cold but its now begining of july. so just before she can send him he is weighted and is too skinny too come after getting over his cold.. ok well im still an idiot so i belive it.. mid july after is stint with high cal food , he gains enough weight too be shipped,.. yahhh! om she tells me next week how about thursday.. (sounds good!! im excited) ok i hear from her the day after thursday couldnt get a flight cause to hot.. (ummm ok) so next week.. well ends up too hot again (umm ya…hmmm) and so on till around july 28 th .she tells me thursday im going to send him as they are predicting cool weather.. (yahhh!) so i email her and ask which thursday did she mean .. as it was wednesday.. well she never did email back and never called either.. after numerous emails and phone calls nothing.. well its now AUG. 10 (in 10 mins ..it will be the 11th) thats along time too go if you aren’t a scammer.. so what exactly can i do legally against someone who could do this,.. there must be something out there to protect us innocent people from being screwed over by these thoughtless ,uncaring cruel people. i dont want this woman doing this too anyone other hopefully buyer.. we were crushed,heart broken,devistated.. not only did we lose out on alot of money but we lost out on a special kitty. please any info/help is greatly appreciated. a good deed doesnt go unnoticed,and just for the record does a person ever feel like a stupid loser after being scammed.. ughh!! its horribleshe is a real cattery(i talked with two ladies linked on her webpage) they had both gotten kittens from her as well as the one lady has used her stud cat. they dont understand what she is doing .also can i do anything if..I live in Canada.. and she is from Ohio..(super) yes i did post this question somewhere else as i wasnt sure where to actually put the question.ooh i didnt realize this but i think there both posted on cats..oops

A: If this is a genuine cattery and not just an on line scam artist then you can sue for return of your fees.Talk to a lawyer and take all paperwork with you.It helps if you right down the exact sequence of events (like you have above) first and have copies of any emails.Okay, so she’s genuine. Being in Canada shouldn’t be a problem, talk with the lawyer.

Why can’t I get it right?

Q: Till my last boyfriend I had not had a boyfriend in over two years. And I am always cearful of who i fall for and to never to get to attached or clingy to jst have fun till they want more cause i am always scared they will leave me and I will be hurt once again.My last boyfriend and I were set up through out friends and well we hit it off straight away. We went out once then we got invited to the haunted maze with em and dav (our friends that set us up) and i ask to stay at his cause we wouldn’t get back to really late and it was all ok. That night we had sex and we both really enjoyed it well from what i could tell. he then asked me to come back on sunday night just to hang out and so i did and it was awesome and we had sex 3 times and 1 time when we woke up,it was so perfect he made me feel everything i had never felt before with a guy! and we spent the day together and we decided we were then boyfriend and girlfriend… but he was always weird out in public and wouldn’t even touch me in front of our friends who set us up. it made no scenes but i was ok with it because of how he made me feel when it was just us. but after about a week and a half his car broke down on his way home from work at about 11 at night but he was to proud to ring me and ask for help so he spent the night walking round town to friends houses and getting drunk. he than waited to lunch the next day to ring me and ask me to go get him. (we like in another town to where he works). after the stress of getting the car fixed his parents found out about us and started telling him to take me to met them. then to make things even worse he got in to trouble with something his mates did and the cops found out. after all this and me running around only trying to make him happy he text me after nearly a week of not talking to me and said he needed time. so i gave him time then he decided he just wanted to be friends. about a week after I was staying at my other friends house and they both got very sick and i needed to leave but i couldnt go home at 2 in the morning and he was the only person i could think of so i asked if i could crash on his couch. he was ok with it so i went round and we ended up watching a movie till 4am then he told me to sleep with him cause it was cold so we both went to sleep. the next morning when he finaly woke up he was being all cute and play ful (more so than before when we were together) and he was teasign me and then we just cuddled for a bit but then i had to go cause there was somewhere i had to be but he didnt want to let me go. when i finaly left he text me a bit after explaining to me that he dumped me cause he didnt want me to become attached and he couldnt give me 100%. i offered to be friends with privlages who just hung out and went with the flow and he was all for it but then it went all weird again when i asked to hang out. A few days went by then I text him again asking if we culd hang out that night but he never text back so i said it didn’t matter and I wasn’t going to bother trying if he wasn’t so he then rang me off his home line cause he had no credit to explain and said he would get hold of me that after noon to say weather we could hANg out. i text him at 6 that night to ask what was happening and by 8pm i was getting mad and text him “If your not going to try then I’m not going to try any more I’m sorry I can’t ever get it right. I will delete your number for you so I won’t annoy you any more… ” so i then deleted him number and he hasn’t text me and i haven’t hurd from him since. But I miss him like crazy… I even cryed my self to sleep a few times. i though i almost loved him. I had never felt like i did for him about anyone else.Now I have been hurt again and all i want is for someone to know i exsist and care for me, someone to hang out with and talk to. someone to cuddle me and tell me itll be ok when im sad and just some one so i don’t have to sleep alone everynight. just someone to wake up next to and tell me they love me no matter what i look like in the morning. why can’t it ever work out right for me?

A: I think you went too fast with this guy, you need to have him earn the sex girl!! Some Guys will have sex with anyone and they dont have to be in love with them! Some girls will also!!! I think that if you can forget about sex until you know the guy is serious about you then you will get it right trust me I KNOW!!
