If you are keeping down liquids, and feel like it, try eating saltine crackers or dry toast. If nauseated avoid anything for 2 hrs., if throwing up 4 hrs. Then try a few sips of water. Gradually increase the amt., then try flat ginger ale or Gatorade (1/2 cup). If keeping it down, try the crackers or toast – they are easily digested as are eggs, gelatin and plain noodles.
