What else to do other then get drunk or high?

Q: OK im 14 and everyday i usually get high and sometimes take a hit of ecstasy.. and on the weekends i sometimes get drunk too and i smoke cigarettes but im gonna try to stop of all that for awhile because i always feel very tense, (like my heart is beating outside of my body) and ive seen to have gotten very bad asthma. I keep my health in high regard but are also fully aware of life’s shortness and the need to actually live your life. I smoked weed for 4 years every day after i left school, and have taking various drugs ranging from ket,coke,geebie,magic mushrooms, speed but mainly Mda, Mdma and Ecstasy tablets. I love having a good time, but as i said, im not so naive to think im invincible, so i gave up speed and coke some years ago… increased heart rates are my main concern, and mdma doesn’t seem to have that much of an increase, i cant find anywhere on the internet that tells of the dangers of taking drugs when you have had this specific operation…. i have recently started taking mcat which is sold as a plant fertilizer so would like to know what dangers are posed.thanks guys, wheresmarky
