sure you can, are you on meds to control it with hyper your blood pressure can elevate so check your pressure cause there is adrenaline rush when on a coaster I think the only side affect you might get is a head rush and a little dizzy but thats what the ride does to you anyways just make sure your regulated and you will be fine
