I have tinnitus , vertigo and migraine anyone know what is the cause?

Maybe ear infection. Then to you may just have migraine headaches, these are all symptoms for some who have migrain headaches..Go get your ears checked out… If it is Migraines find the strongest drug you can find..and hope this kills the pain…
