I keep getting little patches of eczema (had it since childhood but it cleared up for some years) ne good cure

I get it very occasionally but when I was in college got it fairly regularly during finals. Stress is a major contributor to eczema. Other things that I’ve found to avoid is frequent washing of my hands. If you’re doing the dishes wear rubber gloves to help reduce the amount of time your hands spend in the water.The medicine that worked great for me is called Synalar. It is a synthetic steroid and a tiny little tube would last me forever. It was like a miracle cure – I’d rub just the smallest amount between my fingers (which were I was most prone to getting it – making writing during Finals just loads of fun) and it would clear up almost within the day.
