Yes sometimes. Your feet, ankles and legs swell by the end of the day..so that may be a cause of it.People who have water retention will expirience that as well. I would suggest finding some looser socks to wear, try and find some without tight elastic. “medipeds” is a decent brand. If it is actually cutting into your leg and or becoming quite bothersome I would suggest going to your doctor.
