My face turns really red and hot mostly in front of people, but somtimes randomly.I'm not embaresed or shy????
Q:My face usualy but not always gets really red in front of a group of people, when people make fun of me, when i have to read in front of my class in school, when i talk 2 girls somtimes, and the list goes on… im pretty sure i dont have the rosada thing becuase i am only in high school?? I don’t know of anybody who gets red like i do. Its not like i’m embarresed or shy or anything, its like whenever people stare at me or draw 2 much attention, i get red and hot, and from that i get embarresed and it won’t go away until no1 is looking at me and i cool off. HELP ME PLEEEEEEASE I STILL HAVE 2 MAKE SPEECHES IN SCHOOL!!!

Neuron nets are formed with constant emotions and actions that take place. It’s old past habit that causes you to be shy, and that same neuron net in your brain that creates the habit that causes you to lose the shyness. The net creates your identity for the brain can not decipher memory from what is actually occuring. Explaining on why bad memories tend to make a person feel the same emotion as if it were happening all over again. Learn to look at life from a different vantage point. Be aware of your emotions and yourself, say by concentrating on your own breath rather than what people are thinking of you at any given time, and you’ll have control over how you feel and thusforth what neurons are firing at the same time, thusforth chaning your emotions and thus your identity or personality. Its anxiety and pressure your feeling that makes you turn red in the face and hot i experience the same thing im not shy nor embarressed at times it just happens
