It sounds like these pimples are razor bumps. I use products like Bikini Zone and Bump Stopper (LOL which is a product for , like bald peoples heads which I was told is safe for that region) Also, your razors could actually be too shapr and cutting your skin too close, causing irritation. Swipe your razors on a towel a couple times before using them. Trychanging your raor to something with a moisterizing strip as well.

Franger, M.D., an associate professor of obstetrics/gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. “From rashes to allergic reactions to abrasions and pimples, genital skin is subject to all the diseases that skin anywhere else is.” But because of what we do with our genitals and where we put them, they’re exposed to a few conditions different from what the skin on the rest of our body normally comes into contact with. And because the tissue there is so sensitive and brimming with nerve endings, small eruptions we otherwise might dismiss elsewhere become particularly bothersome. Hair follicles on your genitals, for example, can clog and form pimples just as they do on your face—maybe even more so, given the extra chafing and sweating down there and the oily ointments and lubricants sometimes used. Genital warts are sexually transmitted, but they’re caused by the same critter that produces those ugly protuberances on your fingers and feet. (No, not toads—the human papilloma virus.) Soaps and hygiene products can cause an allergic rash on your genitals as easily as they can on your arm. Symptom Relief So what do you do? Do you pop a pimple on your genitals the same way you pop a pimple on your chin? Can you use the same wart remover you apply on your finger? What might be causing that odd rash down there? Here’s a round-up of remedies for some of the more common genital complaints. Be Wary with Warts Whether they appear alone or in a cauliflower-like cluster, warts are easy to acquire—all you need is to come in contact with one, says William Dvorine, M.D., chief of the Section of Dermatology at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and author of A Dermatologist’s Guide to Home Skin Treatment. Usually painless, genital warts can be flat or raised, skin-colored, white or gray, large or small. Once you contract any of the nearly 60 strains of the wart virus, you have it for life, and warts will tend to recur. Don’t look for a cure over-the-counter. No, you can’t melt those warts away with Compound W. Warts must be treated by a physician before they spread. Medications you pick up at the pharmacy without a prescription won’t remove genital warts, according to Dr. Dvorine. “Those medications are too irritating to the skin,” he says. The topically applied prescription drug Condylox usually is used to treat genital warts, although physicians can also surgically remove them, Dr. Dvorine says. Be very wary if you’re a woman. Except for being unsightly and easily passed on to others, genital warts pose no real health danger to men, but in women they are associated with a greater risk of cervical cancer, Dr. Dvorine says. The threat is all the more grave because women may not notice warts inside the vagina. That’s one more reason for women to have a routine annual pelvic exam. A Pimple Is Not Simple Pimples that occur on the genitals shouldn’t be popped or played with. Instead, here’s what doctors recommend. Nix the zit creams. Don’t ever reach for a benzoyl peroxide preparation to treat genital pimples, Dr. Dvorine warns. “You’ll fly through the roof,” he says. “It’s that irritating on your genitals.” Let the doctor do it. Physicians normally prescribe a gentle topical medication or an antibiotic for genital pimples, Dr. Franger says. Or they might soak the inflammation with a hot compress before opening and draining it. Beware of bumps. Sometimes an acnelike condition called Molluscum contagiosum erupts on the genitals, according to Dr. Franger. These collections of pinkish, shiny, smooth bumps can be distinguished from pimples by indentions in their centers. You definitely can’t treat this like acne on the face—molluscum is highly contagious, so don’t touch it. It’s easy to treat with a simple surgical procedure, Dr. Franger says. Don’t Be Rash with a Rash Plain old contact dermatitis can be the cause of rashes on the genitals, according to Jack L. Lesher, Jr., M.D., associate professor of dermatology at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in Augusta. Give the techniques listed below a try, but if you don’t get the red out within a week, schedule a visit with the doctor. And if sores or blisters are present, see a doctor right away. Eliminate the obvious. The only way to figure out if your rash is contact dermatitis is through a process of elimination, getting rid of any new products or clothing that may come into contact with your genitals, Dr. Lesher says. New laundry detergents or bath soaps may have prompted the allergic reaction. Hygiene sprays and creams for women also occasionally produce a rash. Consider the condom. Latex condoms are a little more obscure source of contact dermatitis, but they can provoke a red, itchy rash, Dr. Lesher says. You might try switching to sheepskin condoms, but you should be aware that only latex offers the best protection from the virus that causes AIDS. Better safe than syphilis. The sexually transmitted disease syphilis often is called the great imitator because its main symptoms in certain stages can be scaly or reddish rashes, according to Mary Ellen Brademas, M.D., chief of dermatology at St. Vincent Hospital in New York City. While a rash probably is benign if you practice safe sex, the possibility of syphilis is grave enough to warrant an appointment with the doctor, she says…………..

i know that when i was pregnant. i got like warts/pimples down in that area and the doctor told me it was hormones. after i gave birth they went away. you should talk to your doctor and see if thats what it is.

It sounds like they are from shaving. Best tip I ever got was to use shampoo while shaving down there instead of soap and use a really good razor. As for the pimples.bikini zone helps but really Vaseline is the best! Good Luck!
