Cranberries, dried or fresh, and cranberry juice will do wonders for kidney infections or kidney stones. Most importantly, you need to be sure to drink lots of water and juices. Stay away from caffeine, too!The absolute best thing you can do, though, is call your doctor and get a professional recommendation based on your own medical history.
Dear if you have got the kidney problem called as kidney dysfunction or failure where you may be having less urine output, body swelling etc. Your bl.urea or creatinine in high levels also the quantity of proteins loss in urine.Actually all these are the factors depending upon which your diet should be planned and revised accordingly. If you have such type of kidney dysfunction than avoid high protein and fat diet also sodium and potassium restriction is important depending upon the electrolytic balances in your blood. The best dietary article which I recommend for this condition is whole barley flour chappati or make harira is you are a non-diabetic 100gm/day. Can also use barley water of 10gm/day. Barley is rich in fibre contains no proteins, fats as well as no sodium and potassium. Therapeutically it is diuretic in action checks water and electrolytic balance thus prevents dehydration as well as over hydration.Other thing is replacement of lost proteins by using high biological proteins like white of boiled egg(1/day) & fish(100gms/week).
