Landau Murphy Jr’s Upcoming Vegas Performance and Album Release

For those fans of America’s Got Talent winner Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. who have been eagerly waiting for a chance to see him perform live, the wait will be over on Friday, October 28, 2011. On that much anticipated day, Murphy will begin his headlining show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, along with the final five contestants of America’s Got Talent.

On September 14, 2011, Murphy claimed the NBC talent show’s top prize of $1 million and a show at Caesar’s Palace. Murphy, a native of Logan, WVa., sung his way to the top prize by performing his breathtaking renditions of some classic Frank Sinatra songs, including “My Way” and “Under My Skin.” Previously a car washer, Murphy will now turn in his squeegee at the car wash for a microphone on a big Vegas stage.

Gaining and keeping the support of America since the beginning of the show, Murphy has not slowed down in his journey to the top. Fans will be pleased to know that since winning America’s Got Talent, Murphy has been working with Columbia Records on his first album titled “That’s Life”, which has a scheduled release date of November 21, 2011. Murphy’s debut album will showcase the Sinatra music that has helped him thus far with such tracks as “Ain’t That a Kick in the Head” and “Fly Me to the Moon.”
