Quick, Easy, No Flour Bar Cookie Recipe


1 cube butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
12 to 16 oz. chocolate chips
3-5 oz. shredded coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 can sweetened, condensed milk


1. Melt cube of butter in 9×13-inch baking dish. (Put dish in oven while it is heating up to melt the butter.)
2. Sprinkle 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs over melted butter. (I crumb the graham crackers between two pieces of wax paper with my rolling pin.)
3. Add layer of chocolate chips.
4. Add layer of coconut.
5. Add layer of chopped walnuts.
6. Pour over top layer one 15-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. (If using convection oven shorten time by 10 minutes.)

Cut into squares when cool. Enjoy!
