Review of the HTC Sensation 4G

This is a review of the HTC Sensation 4G cellphone. The HTC Sensation is another great phone from T-Mobile’s limited 4G lines. It has an excellent camera, fast downloads, and is very durable! If you are looking to upgrade that old 3G phone, the HTC Sensation 4G just might be for you.

The HTC Sensation 4G brings a lot to the table for T-Mobile customers. With a large 4.3″ HD touch screen, it is larger than the screen on the popular T-Mobile myTouch 4G. The phones share the same 1080p HD camcorder feature, and awesome 8MP cameras. These phones easily rival each other. Other popular phones with the T-Mobile company, like the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G, cannot meet these phones in picture quality.

So, what makes the HTC Sensation 4G phone so special, and what could it improve on? Here are some pros and cons I found with using the HTC Sensation 4G:

Pros:

It has a super-fast Dual-core 1.2 GHz processor. You will notice the difference in the speed of your apps with this 4G phone. Another plus is that it downloads video pretty fast. Being able to watch Netflix on this phone is a wonderful feature. It is Android powered, so you have access to tons of apps! It is a super-light phone at only five ounces. This weighs less than both the myTouch and the Sidekick. It is completely Wi-Fi capable, and includes the mobile hotspot capability. This is a big seller for me because I often use my iPad out of the house, and I can just hook it up to the Wi-Fi on my phone for instant internet. You can access your social network and music right on the touchscreen. The glass on the screen is seriously amazing! My HTC Sensation has been dropped several times, but you cannot even tell by looking at the screen.

Cons:

It does not have a slider keyboard, so it may not be fitting for big-time texters. The battery life seems to be slightly less than my husband’s myTouch 4G. Still, it will last you most the day if you are not constantly playing on it.

Obviously, this phone has a lot of great features. The screen resolution is by far its best one. This phone could seriously replace my digital camera. The one thing that bothers me the most about the phone is the lack of a slider keyboard. Working with the on-screen keyboard certainly takes some getting used to, but you just might find it worth it when you get a look at the amazing screen quality!
