A: i went into hospital after having a miscarriage, and was told to go home and come back the next day for a d&c, to remove the foetus,(in their terms,to me,it was “my baby”), 14hrs later i was on a ward, being dealt with by a pregnant nurse, totally insensitive,i was wheeled down to theatre 2hrs later, and within an hour of me coming round from the anaesthetic,my notes were drawn up and i was waiting for a taxi.
