Sun dried tomatoes are not my favorite food, but the flavor is mild with more of the basil coming through. I take a wedge, pull back on the red tab and dip my crackers right into the cheese with its own foil lined serving container.
Manufacturers do change their ingredients from time to time, but as of today the ingredients listed on my package read: cheddar, light cheddar, mozzarella, and semisoft cheeses, whey, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, basol, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, and natural flavors.
Once opened the Laughing Cow Light Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil cheese does need to be kept in the refrigerator to preserve freshness. Ounce for ounce I pay more for this cheese, but it really is worth it for me as it helps me stick to my diet without feeling deprived.
