A: Yes you can get a negative pregnancy test and have a normal period during your 1st month of pregnancy.With my 1st pregnancy I had a one day period which one day wasn’t normal for me at that time though but it was regular bleeding and lots of painful cramps,a week later my breast started to hurt,I had to pee more, had lots of cravings,and eating more and every week for three weeks I would test and they all came back negative so on the day I missed my period I went to the doctor as a walk in and they did a blood test and sure enough I was and I was 2months pregnant.Now my cousin had a normal period (lasting more then two three days)through her whole pregnancy with all three of her children.So you see it is possible,I would wait to see if your next period comes or not and if it doesn’t you should try testing again either home pregnancy test or a blood test and if your period does come and if you still think your pregnant then you should see your doctor and ask if they can do a blood test or an ultra sound.Best of luck to you hope you get the results you want!
