A: Fish contains mercury, that’s why pregnant woman aren’t suppose to eat it not b/c the baby’s brain might not develop properly. Too much mercury can seriously harm or kill your baby. And Vitamin A is totally fine and healthy for the baby. Your suppose to eat a lot of healthy foods and drink plenty of milk and water. Be careful on the junk foods b/c you will gain weight quick! My belly started getting hard and I started showing at four months. Every woman is different though!
