Try this to be suretype Ctrl Shift C (cheat window) then type (exactly!)boolprop testingcheatsenabled trueif it worked, the box will go away. Hold shift and click on your female sim, find the “Spawn” option and choose “Tombstone of life and death” Make sure you are “playing” your female and click on the tombstone, find “make me pregnant with” and all list will pop up with all male sims on the lot, choose her husband (or whomever) and voila 🙂 She will be pregnant.If you don’t have this option, again, she may already be pregnant. 😀
