You may be thinking that all Starbucks cookies have around the same number of less-than-healthy calories, but did you know the most calorie healthy Starbucks cookie only has 80 calories? You may think this is a bit of an outlier, but the second most healthy Starbucks cookie only has 100 calories! Now that you know it is possible to eat a healthy Starbucks cookie in terms of calories, let’s talk about the least healthy Starbucks cookies under this category.

Our first offender is Starbucks’ M&M cookie, which as 480 calories. I know, I was hoping this Starbucks cookie would somehow not be included in the least healthy Starbucks cookies list, too. If it can be considered a healthy redeeming factor, this Starbucks cookie does have 12 percent of the daily recommended intake for fiber, making it one of the most healthy Starbucks cookies in this category.

However, the M&M cookie doesn’t have very many calories than many of the other Starbucks cookies. The Starbucks cookie with the second highest number of calories is the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, having less healthy calorie count of 470 calories, only 10 calories less than the M&M Starbucks cookie. Other calorie offenders include the double chocolate chunk and black and white Starbucks cookies, each having 430 calories which tie them for third place in the least healthy Starbucks cookies Olympics. Oddly enough, the double chocolate chunk cookie also has 12 percent of the recommended daily intake for fiber, just like the very most least healthy Starbucks cookie in terms on calories, the M&M cookie.

Just like calories, some Starbucks cookies have a very low amount of fat. For example, the Madeline butter cookie has only 5 percent of the daily recommended intake of fat. Keep this in mind while we examine the Starbucks cookies with the least healthy amount of fat and the next time you think about purchasing one with your heavily whipped frappuccino.

By far, of all the Starbucks cookies, the white chocolate macadamia has the least healthy amount of fat. I could torment you by reminding you, in great detail, that some of the most healthy Starbucks cookies have only 4 grams of sugar. However, I would rather just let you know quickly and carry on to the least healthy Starbucks cookies in terms of sugar. Namely, these are the black and white with 53 grams of sugar, the M&M with 41 grams of sugar, the double chocolate chunk with 37 grams of sugar, and oatmeal Starbucks cookies. That’s right, the oatmeal Starbucks cookie is actually one of the least healthy Starbucks cookies in terms of sugar content, having 36 grams of sugar!
