Can u postpone your period?
I am going to vegas on July 29th. By my calculations I will be on my period during that time. Is there a way to postpone my period, without taking birthcontrol pills. I am not taking any, and don’t plan on it (i’m married). I need another way.. maybe a pill that the doctor can perscribe me??

Thnk the pill is the only way hon.. No I think birth control is the only way.I know that exercise can delay periods. Try running everyday until your trip. It might not work if there isn’t enough time for your body to adjust, but I have a friend who works out almost everyday and she has very light to no period at all Well, you could eat unhealthy.
