It could just be a normal addition to your other menstrual symptoms. Our cycles are not static and go through changes during our child-bearing lifetime.

sometimes it just happens my chest gets SO sore right beofre (like 2-3 days) beofre my cycle starts then the day before it starts the chest apin goes away before the cramps statr give and take i guess it’s normal just try some tylenol

I get that way every month, its hormones most likely. It is an early sign of pregnancy sometimes but it can also just happen before your period
