I had one 3 years ago. It was the best thing I ever did. I did have problems afterwards though. I was in hospital for a week after surgery, and couldn’t go back to work for another 4 weeks afterwards. I had alternate staples and sutures and where the staples had been removed I got infection. The scarring was bad around the infection site but a year later I had the scars cut and resewn so they look much better now. I also has a fatty lump under my left breast that I had injected to reduce it. It all sounds horrific, but knowing all this, I would still have it done again in a second. I went from a 34G to a 34D and I feel so much happier about it. My confidence increased, my backpain went away, and I can wear nice bras. It is the best thing I have ever done and I would always recommend it. Good luck.
