A: I have used it before, at the first signs of a possible cold, and more than once I did not end up getting sick…nothing more than a throat tickle.I’ve used the spray and the tablets you dissolve in your mouth. It doesn’t taste great, but not awful either…just leaves a funky aftertaste and you aren’t supposed to eat/drink for 15 or 30 mins after using the oral variety.
