Abdominal pain and fever?

Q: Ive been having abdominal pain for a week now it started only on my left side, but now is radiating entirely across my whole abdomen, left and right, i was in the er last week and they said i didnt have any kidney stones but didnt mention any other organs like appendicitis or gallbladder, but tonight ive had a new symptom i have a fever, 2 hours ago it was 99.2 and now its gone up to 99.6 it seems to keep rising, i dont want to go back to the er all they do is give me dilaudid and send me home, does the H1N1 virus cause symptoms like this or is it something else, iwould really like some advice on this Im going to call my doc in the am but thats 8 hours away, anybody know what this could be? lastly the pain is worse than i had last week, i was actually dreaming this morning of being in terrible pain and when i woke up i actually was really having pain. please help
