Q: Im only 15 and i think i might have them and so does my doctor, but i was wondering what the symptoms were and other problems that have the same symptoms as ovarian cysts. A: every month when you start your period your ovaries create a cyst and the egg comes down and the cyst goes away…thats what my gyno told me. i have ovarian cysts. they can sometimes stop you from having your period my gyno put me on birth control and it really really helped me and made me feel a lot better…i went 5 months once without a period and i felt horrible…i never have that problem again. you’ll be fine A LOT of women have cysts…theres no reason to be scared
