I have the flu and EVERYTHING hurts, even my toes and eyes and teeth-what causes that to happen and any?
Q:suggests for felief and rest besides the usual stay in bed, drink lots of fluids. I don’t want to take any pharmesueticals of any kind, so any natural suggestions?

Don’t know the reasoning but spray your keyboard with Lysol.rest and stay in bed keep warm is really only solution, try to eat soup if you cant eat “solid” food.if you want natural remedy get some echinacea from the health food shop and try to drink a spoon of honey and juice of lemon in hot water. if throat hurts a spoonful of honey every couple of hours will help. get well soon
