Next on my fat fighting list is another good one, although maybe not quite as exciting (LOL) – it’s peanut butter. This is one of those foods I definitely would have expected to have to say “good riddance” to, but as it turns out, peanut butter is actually beneficial.

The last fat fighting food I am going to mention here is turkey. Yep, yummy juicy turkey legs will also help your body melt away fat fast. So you can still enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner, and eat turkey legs knowing that it is beneficial for your body.
