Spotting and worried-about 12 weeks?

Q: I really hate posting silly questions, but I’m very concerned. I am right around 12 weeks and the tenderness in my breasts has gone down significantly. It was literally over night I noticed the changes. I started a week ago of having an extremely light pink/brown discharge without cramps. It occurs once to twice a day. I had a miscarriage last summer so needless to say I am a bit worried. I’d just like to know thoughts or experiences positive or negative. I do have an appointment tomorrow but as you can imagine I’m not the best at waiting. Also, due to some unforeseen circumstances, this is my first appointment.

Q: I hope you guys like to read !Well i have been dating my boyfriend for about a year now he is 26 i am 20 , he is my Very first serious relationship!Iam already living with him at his apartment now!yet somehow i don’t feel that i am good enough for him ”i cant have children” i have p.c.o.s and a case of low grade cervical dysplacia so my chances of ever conceiving are slim to none i had one miscarriage with him last year but it was too soon for me to have noticed that i was pregnant an it came as a shock to me my boyfriend on the other hand isn’t to kind to me he never likes to show affection or even respect for me and intimacy is like a chore with him i all ways have to initiate the love making an it frustrates me he has also told me that he wouldn’t marry me unless we had children and he knows my conditons an how thats nto possible i have told him several times that if this bithers you i can leave at anytime but he says no i dont want kids it no big dealwell he has had a hard past he lost a best friend growing up his parents divorceing an a real big loss was when he lost his girlfriend an unborn child to a reckless drunk driver she was about 6 months along with himmy heart went out to him when he told me those storiesan i feel that it is my fault tthat i cant give him another child i dont want to make his life more depressing then it allready has become, because of my infertilitywhen ever the subject of us breaking up occurs he gets teary eyed an says he doesnt really want to break up with me an i dont really want to break up wth him but i just dont LOVE him i have tried to but cant i care for him deeply i do an yes i do love him but i am not MADLY IN LOVE WITH HIM the love you should feel when your with someone like you couldnt live without them an for me i allways picture my life with out him i allways imagine who i would be with and what i what a successful person i would be if i just broke up with him what should i do ?

A: thats too bad about his past. Maybe the reason he doesnt do some things that you would like him to do is because he is afraid of something terrible happening again. I think you should stay with him because he might realize that he needs to start acting better if he wants to keep you. Marriage isnt always the best answer, and he knows that.
