A: All need to go back to basics!Use what they used during the olden days… eat what they eat.. do what they do and think what think, as in being SIMPLE!I used to live, eat and think in a sophisticated & modern way … but it seems that happiness is to own very little but yet very happy!Make a choice to live in a very simple way, be happy even when you see the sky is blue.Do away with hi tech tools, use porcelainware & an old fashion wok to cook food, do not store food, eat fresh every meal.Use simple soaps & hot water to clean, or add a dash of lemon if you like. keep away from complicated things.Somehow, it seems that 80% cancer patients that I met told me that they caught cancer because of emotional turmoil…. a more than 3 months of constant unhappiness or depression has made their immune system weaken and developed cancer, not so much of other reasons.So, 7 years dealing with cancer patients and listening to them analysing the root of the problem, I conclude that the EQ & AQ of a person decide if a person is prone to get cancer.Persons with high Eo Q & AQ will accept & understand others easily and while attend to problems objectively, they will reason things out rationally, they are always happy, their immune system is strong because even their immune cells are happy, therefore the happy immune cells keep cancer cells at bay!To know your CELLS is to know your SELF!Persons who get cancer has two distinguishable characteristic:1. Perfectionist who push themselves too hard 2. Perfectionsit who pushes others too hardTherefore, cancer patients are basically welkown for their good work either at work or at home.So, live a simple & happy life is key to Cancer Prevention!
