I had no matching donors in the registry, so i participated in the adult dual cord blood transplant trials. Q: Ok, so I have been lifting for about 2 years straight now, and I am at an excellent place regarding my pound-for-pound strength- in fact I’m going to be competing on the Varsity Powerlifting team at my school this season. I have recently been looking into buying a nitric oxide supplement, as I’ve used a product called Black Powder before, but am not into all the caffeine, creatine, and jitteryness that comes with products like that (i.e. NO Explode). So in my research I’ve found a number of straight NO products that promise NO level boosts in the body, which is what I want, but I’ve also seen a lot of products that promise the “pump” to last all day long.Now I’ve heard of quite a few products that serve as these “anabolic optimizers” that keep your body anabolic longer after working out, but are not technically anabolic steroids. My question is this: isn’t that exactly what steroids are? I mean, if it puts your body into a prolonged anabolic state, wouldn’t that by definition make it a steroid?I am really bugged by this, since, as a natural powerlifter, I’m not going to take a supplement containing anything other than what is natural- and this type of thing just sounds suspicious to me.So, do is there anyone out there who thinks they can clear this up for me?
