When looking for salad dressing look at the light and fat free ones. Low or no fat dressing usually are higher in calories. Low calorie dressing are usually higher in fat. The trick is to find one that has the lowest fat and calories and use that one. If buy a salad at a restaurant only use half of the packet to cut back on calories. Also count you calorie in take. for weight loss don’t eat more then 1500 calories a day. Bottom line read the nutrition facts.I lost a lot of weight like this.
