i just heard about it today on the news. take 5 bites of whatever you want from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drink as much as whatever you want of anything without calories. Then take a multivitamin each day.

Q: is there such thing as the 5 bite diet? where u only take 5 bites out of each food you eat? if so, does it work?
A: i hear it really works! i just started it today. i’m only going to do it for a week, and see what happens thoughs. after a week, i’m gonna eat like a normal person and see if i can maintain that weight. if it works, i’ll continue to do it until ive reached my goal weight 🙂

Q: 5 bites of protein. 4 bites of vegetables. 3 bites of carbs, preferably whole grains. 2 bites of sweets.1 minute between bites.what protein, carbs, sweets, etc. should i eat?
A: If you only get 5 bites per each meal, then it wont matter if you choose the fattiest, highest calories because you will lose weight. I would definitely put some walnuts or almonds in that whole grain section so you will at least not feel hungry. Fish is a great protein.
