- A: I get it, really. Both my dad and little brother smoke (not around me, but it’s on their clothes when they come inside) and the smell makes me sick. I can’t go on road trips with them because of the smell and just thinking about how gross and sickly their lungs are make me want to puke. There is nothing you can do to stop him from smoking. Trust me. My mom even threatened divorce for my dad, and he siad he didn’t care. Some people are just…ridiculous. SO you have an addiction. BIG DEAL. You also have a family.
