Q: I’m 5’1″ and 127; I don’t drink very often, and when I do I usually have a martini, margarita, or red wine with dinner. If I’m goin’ out with the girls, I’ll my regular drink with dinner, but if I wanna have another drink later on, what do you recommend??? I don’t wanna get too buzzed, and I wanna still be able to drive perfectly. What kind of drink would be light? I don’t want a strong drink which would make me too tipsy. Hopefully, something that will pass through my system fast. ALSO, do you have any tips for making alcohol go through my system faster??? What can I eat or do to help the process???

A: Take whatever you like but ask the bartender for more ice an/or juice for the same amount of alcohol. i.e. Water down your drinks.Also drink a lot of water to keep the buzz low and headaches at bay!
